Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening duplicate, secondary or multiple Accounts — whether under your own identity or any other identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information at registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. xz999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
xz999 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals. You may be requested to submit one or more of the following: a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until documentation is provided and approved.
The Platform is provided for personal, recreational entertainment use only. You agree to use the Services in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xz999:
xz999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account and forfeit any associated balances where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected. We may also refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment methods held in your own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed where detected.
All Bonuses offered by xz999 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds restrictions. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. For example, a PKR 1,000 Bonus with a 20x Wagering Requirement requires the User to place PKR 20,000 in qualifying wagers before any associated funds become withdrawable.
xz999 reserves the right to void any Bonus and cancel any associated winnings where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has abused or attempted to abuse a promotional offer, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other conduct inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
Any PKR figures cited in promotional materials (e.g., "PKR 2,000 birthday reward", "PKR 1,000 referral credit") are illustrative examples only and do not represent live, guaranteed or unconditional offers. xz999 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any wager at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Bets are not considered accepted until a confirmation message is displayed in your Account.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, payout calculations or any other element of the Services — whether caused by human error, technical fault or data feed failure — xz999 reserves the right to declare the relevant bet or game round void and return the original stake to the User's Account. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid.
Specific rules for cricket markets — including PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments and international fixtures — are published within the sportsbook section. Abandonment, weather interruptions, venue changes and other event modifications may result in bets being settled as void or according to specific in-play rules as published.

xz999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account and/or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, or at the sole discretion of xz999.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.
Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 10, 11, 13 and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xz999 is licenced and registered. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
